Order Processing

• All orders are dispatched the next business day excluding weekends/public holidays.

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Delivery & Couriers

We use Australia Post and Sendle for our deliveries.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• All deliveries are set up with Authority to Leave in a safe place. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please add a note at checkout.

• We are not responsible for missing parcels if Authority to Leave is selected.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, responsibility passes to the courier. While we always do our best to help, we cannot take responsibility for delays or issues outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within Australia.

• For orders under $99: Standard Shipping flat rate $8.90.

• Express Shipping flat rate $14.90 within Australia.

• International Orders (Outside Australia)
  We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. Flat rate Standard International shipping: $19.90 Express International shipping $32.90
